      Pros

      Nice office. Decaf options for those not wanting caffeine in their coffee. Good office location.

      Cons

      Company is reactive rather than proactive to customer interests. No leadership with innovation or trying to improve rather legacy software that is still being sold. Departments are tribal in mentality and operation.
