Where do I begin? The place does show their true colors when giving promotions and treatment of minorities in the workplace. Their upper management is all white even going down to customer service. The one operations team is the only team that is run by people of color , they are so short staffed that when one of them calls out, it turns into a storm of chaos for the others. They all show their favorites. People have gotten written up for doing lack luster work but the person that does the same (white) gets praised. They have lost some very good employees because of this. And if you aren't white, they will NOT acknowledge any outstanding performance. They also lowball minorities when it comes to hourly pay as well.
