I have no cons.

Some of the staff are great to work with.

Poor management that keeps adding more work with no proper support and then blames you for not working hard enough. Doesn’t listen when it comes to concerns relating to workplace culture/coworker disputes. I can honestly keep going but I’ll leave it at that.
