Pros
Good relationships with members and we made a difference in their lives Small groups of people did all the hard work and got cut Sense of purpose until the end and can be proud of accomplishments
Cons
We never got bonuses. New leader thought he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to the company. Program changed all the time and we were supposed to keep up with it while we had tons of members.
