      Pros

      Fantastic venue to work for with excellent staff culture. Always lots of different events going on, and every day is different. Management are engaged and approachable.

      Cons

      Depending on your roll there are a lot of unsociable hours - however this is the norm for this industry.

      Lovely location, lovely friends made amongst staff

      Cons

      lots of internal politics and a lack of organisation across the board can lead to quite stressful working environments that due to the low pay end up being only really out of love for the job you are doing.
