      Pros

      Exposure to leading international brand - Forevermark

      Cons

      Lack of company direction and vision from top management, closed mindset leads to failure in adapting to change in business. More emphasis on sales until they have sufficient capital and staff to elevate the marketing function. Poor in good employee retention and company views employees as disposable/replaceable.

      - Good benefits over staff price - Excellent team before the 2018 - Able to be close to a lot of raw diamonds and gemstones - Chance to travel overseas for fair and expo

      - A lot of discredit after 2018 - Always lack of staff
