We always encourage and support our team members to expand their skill sets and adapt to changing demands — and those who do often find opportunities across new projects. For example, we’ve been encouraging ReactJS developers to learn Java, and manual QAs to explore database work and automation using Selenium with Python. At the same time, we deeply respect individuals who choose to specialize in specific technologies. While specialization can be a strong career path, it may occasionally be impacted by shifts in market demand. Our goal is always to manage these transitions thoughtfully, and while we do our best to plan ahead, there are moments where difficult decisions must be made. We remain committed to improving this process and creating as many internal opportunities as we can.
