      Friendly hr staff. Failed to issue vacation time/reimbursement payout even though they were approved and was told that they would be issued.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, Dishonest Biased. Not the best tech team.

      The people are great to work with and easy to get along with.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work at DeSter was the opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      The downsides to working at DeSter was the money. The inability to properly support the staff. The unwantoness to expand properly and hire the qualified staff. I could go on and on.
