Management is incompetent and usually 3 weeks behind the 8 ball. They usually want to talk to you less than you want to talk to them. This is the perfect job to collect a paycheck and do very little work until you find a better job.
Cons
Usually nobody knows what’s going on.
There’s sexism hostility and toxicity in the workplace.
They pay 40% under industry, average, and believe that they’re paying competitively.
They don’t train employees properly and expect them to just work with clients making themselves and the company look ridiculous.
Management will reprimand people for lack of communication, and then not respond to that exact employee for two weeks.
If you ask 10 people the same question you’ll get 11 different answers.
