Nice amenities; plenty of office supplies and tools. Most employees in other departments are very helpful and friendly.
Cons
No training program established. Unattainable goals set by management. With seniority, not only are you allowed to work on whomever's territory that you'd like, but you're also allowed to treat you fellow coworkers with an extreme amount 9f disrespect just because you can. Management refuses to acknowledge these situations & warns his employees that they are NOT to talk to HR under any circumstances. No room for growth. Empty promises. No praise given for your hard work. Management likes to play his employees against each other by telling each one separately what the other one said. In turn, is an extremely hostile working environment.
