Pros

Working at this place is honestly pretty good. The vibe here is super chill and relaxed and they provide good food and spaces for working, making it a great spot to buckle down and get tasks done. Or, work from home remotely using their provided laptop without worries. The folks you work with are super friendly, and what's cool is that even the higher-ups treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Oh, and the perks? They're sweet. We get yearly Christmas and vacation bonuses, which is nice. Plus, the location is nice too, and they just built this brand-new building near the current one. But what really sets this place apart is that it feels like you're part of a big work family. We not only collaborate in the office but also hang out outside of work. Going to restaurants and events together is just part of the deal here. Overall, it's not just a job; it's like being part of a tight-knit community.

Cons

Only the German language is used for formal communication between different departments which is an endeavor for long/specific meetings or contacts, but they seem to try to make it more international it seems.
