      Pros

      Awesome benefits, great opportunities to advance, love that we give back to the community. Best of all if you put in the work the ability to make money (in sales) is there.

      Cons

      I'm trying to think and give an honest assessment and be as critical as possible. I use to think that our desk were a bit small but we've been upgrades to a new suite.

      I really enjoy selling the program to the client's as it is a product to get behind. This makes my job very enjoyable !!!

      Easy sales job and no micro management.

      Cons

      Snr, managers are lost and have fail to be able to make needed changes to be competitive and do a lot of hiring and firing.
