Pros
1. First is that the company offers work from home setup which ideally what I'm looking for as a father of a 1 year old son which gives me more time to my family rather than spending it going back and forth to the office. 2. The company valued all of the staff feedback, they don't just go on deaf ears. Something I greatly appreciate being here. 3. Flexibility in terms of work hours as long as you are meeting the deadlines and deliverables. 4. Leaders especially the CEO were hands on - you'll instantly feel valued and they are all approachable. 5. No question on compensation as long as you deserve it. 6. Culture is not toxic, you can easily get along with everyone.
Cons
1. Corporate department aren't being taken seriously by the staff and other departments 2. Job security 3. No bonuses and Leaves yet 4. Overlapping roles 5. No rewards and recognition program yet
