      Annual trip (which almost every other company offers nowadays)

      Cons

      The compensation you get is not justified to the excessive work you do. You can easily get better opportunities with much work life balance. The flexible work hours is a myth to get into overwork.

      If you are good at React/Rails/React native you can mint some extra cash. Decabits offers good projects in these technologies Bonus: Diwali Gifts for Freelancers too (Other companies don't do that)

      Deadlines can be tight sometimes
