- technology is interesting - deci is a leader in it's domain - most people are a pleasure to work with
Cons
- senior management is too customer driven, which stands in the way of actual engineering development. - the ceo thinks he's the "smartest guy in the room". This makes it really hard for engineers to try to innovate and suggest tech and product features. - the company's culture is competitive and hyper-masculine. Management is constantly monitoring employee "velocity". There's a lot of ego between co-workers trying to "outshine" each other. - hr chose not to act on a complaint I made against a senior management person that repeatedly made comments about how I dressed in a very derogatory way.
