Pros
During training I was able to go to other job interviews without my supervisor knowing
Cons
Avoid taking a position if possible. This company is very poorly organized, they have lost all but one contract, which they are always on the verge of losing. The work is simple but the routes you are sent on do not make any sense. They as a company are showing all the warning signs of going out of business. You are expect to work 6-7 days a week and any company paperwork or company vehicle maintenance is expected to be done on your day off (I was left on the side of the road because the second truck I had was broken down and never fixed, and was expect to still drive it). There are no benefits (medical, dental, vision) or retirement plans (401K). Pay for employees are going to be cut from 18/hr to somewhere between 12-16/hr. You are required to obtain about half of the needed tools on your own dime. They employee a few good technicians but most are very ignorant. Long work hours Failing business Constantly dealing with angry customers No work/life balance No Benefits No Room for Advancement Broken Vehicles You much purchase needed tools and office supplies Low morale and retention throughout the company Pay cuts (Piece Parts) are taking place Felt trapped once employed there
