      The leadership team cares about employees and sets a clear vision. Being part of Graham Holdings Company provides great benefits not typically available for a start-up. Different departments collaborate seamlessly.

      Cons

      Being 100% remote can sometimes make it hard to have those higher level strategic conversations.
