Lack of communication on company updates

The pay and benefits were competitive. Health insurance, dental and insurance were all free for the employee and dependants.

I worked there for 4 years and there was very little upward movement past my first year there. Management turned over rapidly. I had 5 supervisors in 4 years. 2 of them would talk down to us, and used write ups to threaten workers over what appeared to be personal issues unrelated to their work.
