Cons
– Zero (and I do mean zero) work life balance. Text, email, and calls at all hours and weekends. – I was shocked to find out that my female counterpart was getting paid 25k less than me and our jobs were comparable. Not cool in the current climate. – C level execs make inappropriate remarks. It's a boys club mentality. I did fine, but I'd never want a sister or wife to work for this company. Just to be clear, the founders of Baypoint were not part of this and definitely did not seem okay with it. – Management always confused over which tactic/strategy to take changing projects mid-stream. Stopping and restarting work, changing directions monthly, so nothing is every really accomplished.
