We value each employee in the company and is supportive of staff training. Appraisals are conducted twice yearly and our HOD help their team members to develop their skills to improve their performance. They will identify possible solutions and relevant training to help them achieve their goals. Many of the current employees are equipped with qualified certification and we have spent $100,000 on training. Thank you for your feedback and we will continuously improve on development process and employee development needs.
