Pros
Overall, the pay is in line with the rest of the industry. Very rarely is over-night travel to clients required.
Cons
Management / owner is incompetent; talks bad about consultants to clients, as well as other consultants; is a micro-manager, who lets you have no freedom in the solution you implement - he's so bad he even berates clients into implementing suboptimal solutions. Just to give an idea of how bad the environment is - 6 consultants out of 10 have quit since Jan-10.
