The hours you work can be long. There is no discussion on what is expected from you.

Ability to work remotely. Quick expense reimbursement. All friendly employees, independent work. You better be self motivated. Great customers to work with. Open with sample devices, software etc. Its a healthy, good working environment.

Lack or work, lack of management. Poor employee relations, poor communication throughout the organization. Sales are up and down, no sales predictions or projections. It's sales driven, that's it, nothings else counts - just sales.
