Constant firefighting, mistakes and huge staff departures - Anonymous employee Decoded Employee Review

Senior management have made a number of mistakes in the past 6 months, which has led to broken systems, lots of turnover and instability. There is constant firefighting and burnout across teams. Unfortunately a number of negative reviews have also been disappearing on Glassdoor (which has been noticed by staff) and is only adding to mistrust.
