      Pros

      People that had worked there for some time took pride in the company and the heritage. Prior to new management there was loyalty to the team that was there and had long standing hard working people that had made careers there

      Cons

      New management made too many changes too quickly. Removed every and any long standing employees Need to master the art of knowing the right rings to kiss in order to keep your job.

      I want the whole world to know that I very bad experience working at Deconic. Very bad Manager I had, very controlling, and HR knew about this woman way of managing and nothing was not done about her. Come to find out the whole company has a management problem and every employee on this site is complain. You can obviously see for yourself.
