Pros
I've seen a lot of reviews where people were upset that they didn't go through the Hiring Process. If you had a business, would you hire someone who is not qualified? I want to say that if you are not hired by one company, there are thousands of IT companies around the world. Most of the activities in life involve getting rejected. You need to behave with dignity.
