I want to give a shout-out to Andreas, Iason, and Niels because they are exceptional at what they do and wonderful people! My first experience in Germany was fantastic, and the interview process was quick and smooth. The environment was multicultural, filled with many experienced individuals. I truly enjoyed working with them, and I maintained a good work-life balance. I appreciated their honesty, down-to-earth attitude, and how fun they were to be around. I cherished not only the work itself but also the time spent with them. Regarding the work experience: - I received consistent and structured feedback, which helped me improve. - I was provided with courses to further advance my career. - As in all start-ups, there were countless learning opportunities, which were fantastic. - Everyone was self-driven and action-oriented. - They helped me become more confident in the work I deliver. - Taking vacations was never an issue. - Special permissions were granted as long as requested within a reasonable time frame. - And, of course, there were cookies!
Cons
While I appreciated many aspects of my role, I ultimately decided to leave due to challenges in my working relationship with a new colleague. Despite my efforts to foster collaboration, our interactions were difficult, leading me to conclude that it was in my best interest to seek opportunities elsewhere.
