Pros
Started as a Greenhat in early 2023, worked my way up to Leadhand, and really enjoyed the first 2 years at Deep Well. I truly believed that they believed in and cared about me as a person, based on how I was treated by the office when I had medical issues arise early on in my employment. They were very understanding and accommodating to me and the process of my healing.
Cons
I got written up by a customer's safety consultant that we were working for ONE time, in my entire tenure there, and I am fired and sent home the next day. And was told by one of the people firing me that it was happening because they were really trying to land a contract with this particular customer.
