      Pros

      Nothing that I can think of, struggle to find any. They are friendly but that is about all that can be said. Anything else will be a stretch.

      Cons

      HR has enough attention span to manage to concentrate for one minute as an absolute maximum. Anything longer is a show stopper and means failure to act. This applies to Darlington only

      Disappointed a previous employee feels this way, which is surprising as all our leavers go though an exit interview process and none of these comments were raised as issues.       Pros

      They have access to great people, great equipment, and a lot of potential.

      Cons

      They do not always plan or execute projects and contracts in the most efficient manner. They do not treat their employees as the assets they are.
