      They give reasonable starting salaries Good company hours: 7:30-4 in the summer, every Friday you get off at 4. They are family owned, not corporate

      Cons

      There are not performance based salaries in the budget The family health insurance is very expensive There are some outdated business practices/inneficiencies

      Great management. Unlimited OT. Helpful coworkers. Best pay in Ft Wayne as a welder. The company looks out for their employees. Opportunity to move up/around in the company. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Welding will kill you if you do it long enough. Insurance is expensive for family.
