      There are absolutely NO pros to working here.

      Cons

      Management is awful and overworks you. Unrealistic goals and management is unqualified. Run don't walk away from this company! They do not care about their employees and treat you like a number.

      Being involved with an educated, talented and caring team who are working hard together to enable senior living communities to provide better care for their residents. Working with cutting edge technology including cloud based systems, big data, and IoT systems.

      Cons

      It's a global company, so planning meetings can be tricky with all of the different time zones.
