      Good people to work with across the globe.

      Cons

      Some of the worst leaders I've ever experienced in my career. No one is on the same page, the product isn't even finished and we are constantly having to lie to customers. It's like the leaders are just making it up as we go, constantly changing directions on a weekly basis. Turnover is atrocious and I really believe if they don't fix this disaster of leadership soon, they will close the doors before the end of the year.

      Being involved with an educated, talented and caring team who are working hard together to enable senior living communities to provide better care for their residents. Working with cutting edge technology including cloud based systems, big data, and IoT systems.

      Cons

      It's a global company, so planning meetings can be tricky with all of the different time zones.
