      Pros

      Old product is still the best and has some mileage left in it. Still some potential for making money but its a fight more difficult than it needs to be. List of clients is good, but only from old existing business. Safe company but expect to be doing the same job year after year

      Cons

      Management are ineffective and are waiting for IPO. No career progression unless you are very good at politics. Very little new business. No team ethos, everyone is looking after themselves. Different departments have different targets which unfortunately do not work together for the common good. Software testing is poor and bugs have caused serious downtimes in new products.

      Great culture, wonderful people and tons of internal support

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there's always some pitfalls but overall I can't think of a "con".

      Product seemed to work as designed

      Cons

      Company is focused purely on bottom and top line only. The culture the CEO talks about is not real. If you really need employment then consider. Otherwise look for another company that embraces the power of people. Layoffs are constant and arbitrary. You upset the apple cart and you are gone, you suck up to the CEO and you have a job for life.
