Pros
At first , their mileage pay was one of the best in town when I started . Pay is good compared to most on-demand jobs .
Cons
So called dispatchers barely help you when you’re in the middle of no where to deliver packages . Apparently, they set up a texting system to their customer service agents (“dispatchers “) but they will never reply you and it makes us the drivers feel stupid because you have no help . This aspect makes the job less exciting as I used to always look forward to my shift . In addition to this con , there are not enough hours to go around for the drivers . They say you get 18 hours minimum but that will be awesome because it’s impossible. you end up doing about 12 hours a week if you’re lucky . First , You get 18 hours when you book the hours then They only pay you ONLY when you’re driving and there’s not enough orders after Tuesday’s through Saturdays . You end up waiting in your car for hours for something to come when the jokes on you cos you’re losing money . You end up with 10 hours a week instead of 18 hours . About $180 or more is gone every week.
