I felt that there was a lack of vision/strategy or established processes to facilitate the company's growth. It was challenging to comprehend the rationale behind each decision. Not to mention the pressure to achieve unrealistic targets. The conduct of the leadership conveyed the impression of a close-minded group that appeared indifferent to the welfare of the employees. The company seemed to follow a "Hire Fast, Fire Faster" approach, resulting in a numerous employees being dismissed.
