I contemplated writing this review or not. Having lived the good and the bad in this company, it's deplorable how they treat their employees, and especially when they leave. My great colleagues whom I can call friends, advised me not to waste my energy on this. Let's begin by addressing the good: the first period of working here is amazing, everything is great and things are going well. Then when the management got more success from the employees' hard efforts, they lost touch with reality. For god-knows-whatever reason, they have this false confidence that people will always stay no matter what they do, without knowing that all their top talents are feeling bad and soon will leave. It's like there are 2 completely different perspectives, from the management's point of view things are fine, but for the employees, it's extremely frustrating. Their confusing inconsistencies are mindblowing. When it comes to your salary, or their bad management decisions, they will call themselves a "startup" to cut themselves some slack. And when it fits them otherwise or when it comes to certain expectations, they will call themselves a "scale-up". They grew to 500 people and they're still trying to act like a cool startup. You're old, and bald(ing). Get a grip on your hair my guy. I don't know what happened there my finger slipped on the keyboard, let's go back to the melodramatic vibe. It's with immense gratitude that I got to earn a few dope friends working here. I’m deeply grateful for the friendships I’ve formed. The colleagues are incredible—hardworking, supportive, and some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Colleagues? Good. Management? Bad. Also, they call themselves captains, like bruh. That's one way to stay condescending and forced. For the ones still working here: my condolences, you're almost free. For those planning to work here: yeah why not, go for an adventure, you'll love it. Just remember during your interviews reply with "AI" to every question. Also, the fact that they have someone in a managing role, who walks exuding strange confidence and condescension towards everybody, makes you wonder. Furthermore, this person has a good friend in the HR department, and multiple times people have overheard them gossiping about employees’ private matters—truly unprofessional and frankly, shameful. I guess being a sycophant to the captains pays off. All in all, while writing this, I noticed my hair started falling off. Maybe it’s time for a new chapter in my life, like marriage—and selling my wedding photo album. I guess I can really become the president.
