Cons

I applied for the company, went to the “interview”, completed all necessary requirements i.e DOT physical, drug test, PILE of paperwork all within the 48 hours that they requested to “get me working ASAP.” I promptly made them aware all this was taken care of. I was told they would need to wait for the results and then they would be in contact and we could set up a schedule for training, shouldn’t take “more than a week.” After 2 weeks and numerous checking in with the manager/contact I was told they have the results of the physical but were still waiting for the drug test results but “it shouldn’t be long”. The next day I hear back and they have the drug test results and ask when can I start. I answered TOMORROW! No response. I inquire again. I hear back from the manager/contact, “Did you take the drug test and the physical? We don’t seem to have the drug test results. I sent pictures of all paper work given to me at Concentra testing facility, both drug and physical. “Ok, I need to track them down today, you should be able to start day after tomorrow “. This was four days ago. It’s been nearly a month now, I’ve wasted nearly an entire day between the interview and hours at the testing facility and still no word on when if ever I may work for them. This company has extremely poor organization and the communication is terrible and not well informed. Not worth the time. Not terribly surprising as they are a proprietary sub contractor for Amazon and they’ll hire anyone with a pulse. If you’re like me and trying to find a relatively quick stop gap to bring in some money between jobs, look elsewhere, this isn’t worth it.
