You will be assigned on good projects, client side working, good exposure to new technologies, good for freshers
Cons
Salary day is not last day of month, instead it get delayed by 4-5 days. Accounts department is not responsible which may frustrate you on getting salary slips, Form16, ITR etc Once you resign, notice period is of 3 months, and you will not get salary in all 3 months of notice period and FNF will be given within 2 months after end of your employment
