You will only hear from management when you call them. You will develop all you own processes and resources.
Cons
No company on boarding for remote personnel. You are left to learn company processes and culture on your own from afar. The sales focus changes spasticly before you can get traction on the last directive. They tell half of the sales force to only focus on Pharma. 6 months later, the tell them spend no more time on pharma focus all your sales efforts on National accounts 6 months later its OEM. Every 6 months you abandon all your past efforts and contacts and reinvent your job. Then they want to measure your sales based as if you've had 2 years to grow a single focused market.
