You will only hear from management when you call them. You will develop all you own processes and resources.

No company on boarding for remote personnel. You are left to learn company processes and culture on your own from afar. The sales focus changes spasticly before you can get traction on the last directive. They tell half of the sales force to only focus on Pharma. 6 months later, the tell them spend no more time on pharma focus all your sales efforts on National accounts 6 months later its OEM. Every 6 months you abandon all your past efforts and contacts and reinvent your job. Then they want to measure your sales based as if you've had 2 years to grow a single focused market.

Free food and good benefits

Toxic high school-like work environment. Very cliquey. Coworkers bully you, leave you out of activities, and nobody believes you when you tell them what actually happened. I was gaslight on many occasions by upper management, stating that things were my fault and everything that went wrong was just "my perception." So much discrimination happening here. Oh, and good luck taking vacation days. If someone else they like more than you wants the same days as you, then you won't get those days off. Even though there is a procedure in place for booking your vacation days, those same rules don't apply to the management's friends.
