      Pros

      Great people have collected there. We all felt united getting dealing with the lost Leadership.

      Cons

      Have not delivered a successful product on time in 8 year. The GM started as an Engineering Intern and never left. Operations is treated like the ugly step child. They look to be eliminating there Poway location.
