Pros
The people here are nice. Although most people are quite private, the culture is decent. The work gets done, lots of room for improvement, but no toxicity.
Cons
Company is transforming their business model, as well as going through an expansion in the region so many processes are not ready. It's a Taiwanese company so speaking mandarin is a huge part of being here, and authority to operations are often heavily influenced by corporate HQ in Taiwan that doesn't full understand the business needs here.
