      I’ve worked for Delta over two years and have seen major growth in the company. Good team with pride for craftsmanship and quality. Decent benefits, competitive pay and owners have big hearts. I’ve enjoyed working here and hope the company continues to grow and make industry leading products.

      Cons

      Roller coaster ride in a new industry. Some departments still need more support and administration. Early startup pains from under-qualified personnel.

      Pros

      The hemp and cannabis industries are taking off which offers growth opportunities like no other industry. The company is expanding and adding jobs to Sonoma County. The pace is fast, there are career advancement opportunities, and the products are made in California.

      Cons

      The industry is new and can be chaotic which can be a challenge as priorities change and emergencies arise. The pace is not for the weak of heart!
