      Pros

      Two paid breaks and a lunch. The collection floor wasn't bad and the clients were great.

      Cons

      Upper management has major issues and doesn't know how to treat their employees better. They don't pay the commissions owed.

      Pros

      I have recently quit the company since I got US visa but I have enjoyed the tenure of my 4 years at Delta Technology. Some of my friends moved into this company and are very happy. Company is now very stable and growing with new clients and new technologies which is giving career progression for the skilled employees.

      Training Room is removed
