Could be a successful company if they could get the process to work with the right people.

Too many chiefs with egos. No support from upper management. (Select few that are supportive) Very disorganized and no attention to detail or required information needed from start to finish on projects. No skilled labor in factory to even build. No training, no team atmosphere. Always running projects with last minute questions and missing data. And small company no way employes the stated quantity They are incapable of booking any projects. Do not recommend.
