      Pros

      Started with a brand new computer. Pay and benefits were good for Boulder area.

      Cons

      They can’t figure out how to streamline their business or how a real business should function. Leadership is mostly uninspiring and have horrible communication about the truth of the goals of the company or how they will get there. Leadership constantly harp on values they've created, although none of leadership follows them. There are tenured employees who have created a 'click' and it shows.

      Sense of ownership and autonomy to enable growth and upward mobility.

      Cons

      Probably not the best environment for those merely looking for a paycheck.

      Pros

      Moral superiority complex as a for profit agency with some non-profit clients.

      Cons

      Goal posts will be moved and you will be gaslit about it. Do what the client wants, which doesn’t necessarily align with industry best practices. Do not expect a work life balance. The expectation is you are on call at all hours, even on holidays when the agency is “closed”. Setting healthy boundaries is viewed as causing problems. Constant judgement from coworkers and management. Walking on eggshells is a daily struggle. Quick to fire employees with no warning or valid justification.
