Delvitech is the kind of company in which they always end up taking the most irrational decision. They ask you to work in “emergency mode” by setting impossible deadlines just to counter the ineptitude in decision making that characterizes the “managers” in the company. In reality that “emergency mode” ends up lasting months if not years leading to burnout on those who are at lower levels. It is simply an unorganized company in the hands of people who shouldn’t even be managing their own life. There are no career growth opportunities as those who are in leadership positions are only interested in not losing their “power”. The only way to climb is to become friends with the CEO or your department’s manager and compensate their lack of leadership skills with overtime just to look good and get noticed, but even that might not be enough. The company is only interested in what brings small immediate satisfaction but does not care to plan for the future. I definitely do not recommend this company but if you decide to join anyways be ready to face frequent last minute change of plans and know that even if you will work hard to impress those above you hoping to change things, things will not change.
