Pros

Many organizations tout their culture, but DemandGen demonstrates an excitement to be part of a larger purpose, conveyed from the CEO and well balanced and reinforced by the leadership team. Remote employees are made to feel part of the team by frequent, non-intrusive, check-ins while maintaining a level of autonomy and respect not often found in today's professional world.

Cons

Not an indictment of DemandGen, but remote employees can find it tough to develop a sense of community with colleagues. I personally miss the ability to catch up with a cup of coffee or grab a bite to eat after work. My advice to the organization would be find ways to close that gap, perhaps by sponsoring in-person meetups for those bundled close.

Pros

Helpful leadership. Organized. Caring. Good benefits. Care about their employees.

Cons

Workload can be a bit much at times and it can be challenging. You will work hard, but you don’t have to look hard to find someone willing to help.

Pros

- Great company with an amazing CEO that cares about his folks. - Still a smaller company with a closer knit group. (Hoping it stays this way as we grow.) - Advancement from within is encouraged and does happen but may take a while as a lot of folks just don't leave very often. We are a loyal group to our company. - Great learning potential if you are willing to ask for and/or accept it - Company does a good job of empowering it employees instead of ruling over them

Cons

- Advancement may take a while as folks tend to stay with the company. - Communication and sharing between departments could be better (both ways / both departments). Think more along the lines of Tips, Tricks, discoveries here... - Learning on the fly without an "expert" to look to does occur sometimes so be prepared to flex your brain muscles. - Working from home is not for everyone. It takes self-discipline to stay motivated and work focused. There is rarely face-to-face meetings and all communications are handled by phone, messenger, and email. If you need the office environment then I would recommend not applying.
