Pros
5 years ago I was out in the dark looking for a job because of a bad experience from a previous employer. Fortunately that was the time when DST has just started its operation here in PH. I got in and more than the job that I was looking for, I found a family in DST. The bosses are really pro-employees, they take time to know their employees. They're very supportive when it comes to family matters. When they say that we are a family, they really mean it. I wouldn't last here for 5 years if not for the professional growth that I am experiencing and for the family oriented culture that the company has been advocating since it started.
Cons
Since I was here for a long time, I experienced almost all of DST's different phases. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but the freedom that we used to have way way back is not the same as today and this is because of the exponential growth of the company in terms of employees that we really have to establish rules and stricter policies.
