      Working at Demium startups is a great experience. The team is very warm and welcoming, you are trusted from the beginning and have lots of freedom to propose new ideas. Chance to work with extremely talented people, networking and exposure to successful startups Flexibility, transparency and great internal communication

      Cons

      The company is not very structured yet and they still are not up to date with technology, but this is something that is getting better every day
