      Pros

      I have never seen a team that manages to keep the teamspirit that high during the last 1 1/2 years. From the beginning on, i felt extremely welcome and taken care of, they really did a good job to create an atmosphere where you are eager to ask anything that comes to your mind. And for me, that is crucial especially during the first weeks, to really understand the product fully! And all of that spirit just doesn´t stop, it is o much fun working together with everyone.

      Cons

      You need to be aware of the complexity if the product. I t feels like, with every day you explore so much more, that it can feel pretty overwhelming and hard to understand at the beginning.

      Pros

      Demodesk is an amazing group of people. It's an incredibly diverse team from over 20 countries. They're doing some really cool work with establishing a few core global hubs, but also remote friendly.

      Cons

      We move at a very fast pace, which is tough if you're not used to startups. But most of us are here for that reason :)

      Pros

      I joined Demodesk 1 month ago and didn't have any regrets since then. What I love the most is that how diverse the team is, employees are from all around the world. From day one I felt super welcomed and I was getting all the support that I needed. Even though I started working remotely, the onboarding was handled very well. I love the product and our mission. There is so much opportunity for growth and success. Joining a start-up was definitely a right choice, there is so much to learn from the team. I am excited to put all my hardwork into the growth of this company.

      I started working remotely and didn't have a chance to go and meet the team in person yet.

Now that the covid pandemic is less prominent, we have implemented a new cadance that includes more face time (on-site onboardings, quarterly events, company offsites,...) in order to improve relationships and enhance your employee experience.
